Objectives

In this sub-module all objectives at various levels are created and maintained in the objectives register. It is possible to draw a report of all objectives in the organisation and review allignment. All objectives are directly linked to their related risks. Objectives in the register have targets and performance measures. The monitoring of performance occurs in the performance module.

The following can be done in the module:

Create or edit - capture new or amend an objective
Link object - match objective to an object in the system
Link risks - match objective to a risk
Assign accept Job-task - trigger a flow to accept a task with a specified objective
Archive objective - move to unused section
