PROCEDURES

The procedures module provides an organised​ storage area for all procedures and keeps an audit trail of the changes effected. A record of the acknowledgement by an affected staff of the procedure is kept.

The following action can be conducted:

  • Create, edit and upload

  • ​Update procedure details​​

  • ​Assign a person to accept the procedure ​

  • Assign a person to review a procedure ​

  • Assign a person to acknowledge a procedure ​

  • Archive procedures​

  • Link to a procedure to an activity​​

  • Log procedure suggestion​​

  • Assign a person to assume responsibility for a procedure-log
