The programmes sub-module keeps information about the registered programmes in the organisation. Programmes are normally established as a result of the strategy objectives. They are further broken down into projects.​ The programmes module gives a good indication of what is going to be achieved in terms of the focus areas in order to support the strategy objectives.​

 

The following can be done in the programmes sub-module:

• Register a new programmes and edit the details about a programme

• Update status​ by indicating whether started, in progress or completed.

• Assign task for person to accept responsibility of programme​ owner

• ​Link a programme to its stated objectives

• Link a programme to the strategy focus area that it supports

• Link a programme to the projects that emanate from it​

• ​Connect the programme to the unit or department that is implementing​

• Archive a completed programme by moving it to another register
