Projects

The projects sub-module caters for all projects in the organisation. These projects are normally part of larger programmes. Each project is linked to the related project tasks.

The following can be done in the projects sub-module:

Register a new project and edit the details about a project
Update status by indicating whether started, in progress or completed.
Assign task for person to accept responsibility of project owner
Link a project to its stated objectives
Link a project to the programme that it supports
Connect a project to the unit or department that is implementing
Archive a completed project by moving it to another register
